Cancellation Policy
2026 ENFINITE Mid-Year Meeting Cancellation Policy
Payment Policy:
All registration fees must be paid in full prior to the event. ENFINITE reserves the right to add a $50 late payment fee to the regular/onsite rate if the registration fee is not paid in full prior to the event.
Attendee Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made prior to May 12 will be refunded at 50% of the registration fee.
- Cancellations after May 12 and no shows will not be refunded.
Cancellations must be made in writing to kim@enfinite.org. In the case of cancellations, registration fees may be fully applied to sponsorships. Name changes on registrations are allowed. Contact ENFINITE for details.
